Program Master of Law (MH) was established by the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education No. 2555 / D / T / 2001, dated 2 August 2001. The MH program has been accredited with an A based SK BAN-PT Number: 084 / BAN-PT / Ak -III / S2 / XII / 2004 dated December 20, 2004. MH vision is to be a center of excellence in the field of law and and human resources in accordance with Islamic values and the demands of the times and give direction on changes.

What You Learn

Magister of law program has five concentration, they are the concentration of Islamic Law, Economic Law, Constitutional Law / Administrative Law, Criminal Law, and the Law of Health. The lesson that must be completed during the study is 42 credits, with details of courses that must be taken include:

Semester I: Law Theory, Philosophy of Law, History of Law, Politics and Law.

Semester II: Sociology of Law, Tax Law and Distribution, Environmental Law, and Legal Research Methodology and Statistics.

Semester III: Concentration of Economic Law: International Trade Law, Law Role in Economic Development, Investment Law and Financial Institutions, and Economic Law and Technology.

Concentration of Constitutional Law / Administration of State: Constitutional Law, State Law and Democracy, Administration and Decentralization Law, the Administrative Procedure Law.

Concentration Criminal Law: Criminal Law Political, Economic Crimes, Protection of Victims of Crime, Criminal Law and Human Rights.

Concentration Health Law: System Health Law, Medical Law and Patient Protection, and Crime Medical Malpractice, Professional Ethics of Medical Workers.
