  • ExplorENG Summer Programme

    ExplorENG Summer Programme which will be held starting from 22nd July - 5th August 2018. This summer program is specially designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students from any higher learning institutions in diverse background aged 18 years old and above. ExplorENG Summer Programme, aims to provide a platform to learn and practice Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and to broaden truly Asia experience in Malaysia including cultural visit. Diverse theme activities will be launched including technical lecture (workshop and hands-on session), technical visit and community engagement which guiding them to enhance international networking through multicultural exposure. Following this programme, participants are expected to gain knowledge related to academic, culture, environment as well as gaining new skills.     Dr Dianne Dean, a senior lecturer of Hull University who has published extensively in the areas of political marketing, visited UMS from May 7-12, 2018 for a workshop series with UMS lecturers and students. The first workshop was conducted by Management Program. [Read More]

    Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta’s Center for Cultural Studies and Social Change (PSBPS) in collaboration with the Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) held the second colloquium or academic review forum in the form of presentation from Prof. Shahnaaz Suffla and Prof. Mohamed Seedat (University of South Africa /UNISA), followed by a documentary video screening.
